Rolls of pancakes with chicken


12 pancakes

400 gr. boiled chicken breast

250 g of hard cheese

300 gr. mushrooms




mayonnaise or sour cream and garlic sauce

Method of preparation:

Chicken breast cut into small cubes salt and pepper.

Mushrooms chop and fry in butter. Grate the cheese on a grater.

Onto the cooled pancakes put layers of fried mushrooms, chicken and cheese, drizzle with hot sauce and roll into tight rolls.

Put the rolls on a baking sheet and bake until Golden brown.

When serving the rolls cut diagonally and pierce with toothpicks.

Rolls of pancakes with herring


herring fillet

4 boiled eggs

12 pancakes

sour cream

green onions

parsley or dill

Method of preparation:

Herring fillet cut into strips or small cubes.

Eggs grate.

Greens finely chop.

Mix ingredients and fill with sour cream.

Put the filling on the pancakes and roll them up. When submitting the roll is cut into 2-4 pieces.

Rollsof chicken breast with smoked cheese

200 gr. smoked bacon

300 gr. smoked sausage cheese

Method of preparation:

Breast slice on a plate and chop it well.

Wrap the rolls in slices of bacon, brush with ketchup and place in a baking dish.

Method of preparation:

Bake until Golden brown in a hot oven.

Chicken in the envelope


1 pkg. puff pastry

400 gr. chicken



1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar




Method of preparation:

Chicken fillet cut into cubes, add the grated carrot, onion cubes. Stir, season with salt and pepper, pour the vinegar.

To leave meat to marinate for 3-4 hours.

The dough is thawed, unwrap and cut into squares. On each square put the meat filling.

To seal the edges of the dough in the form of an envelope. Put the envelopes on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Filling in shapes


300 gr. pork or chicken meat

100 gr. ham

1 p. gelatin or gelling of the mixture for priming

fresh herbs

green peas or corn



Method of preparation:

Meat, with bone, put in a deep saucepan, add whole carrots and onion. Pour the contents castle water and put on medium heat. Cook for about 2 hours.

Soak gelatine in notes and hints.

In tins place the diced meat, ham, carrots. Add a few peas or seeds canned corn, some herbs and a mug of boiled eggs.

The gelatin solution to dilute the broth, heat to dissolve gelatin, then strain. Dilute the resulting solution broth as needed, salt and pepper.

Fill the moulds with the broth and put into the refrigerator until fully cured. Not less than 3 hours.

Before serving, wrap the molds with a cloth soaked in warm water and quickly turn upside down on dish.

The holiday table is a great occasion and a chance to show their culinary skills. Go ahead and create a delicious holiday snack!
